1. The flowers may be deformed during long-term transportation. They can be restored to their original shape by shaking or tidying them up, or they can be blown dry with a hair dryer.
2. We will send pictures and videos of the flowers for customers to confirm before placing an order. Due to the high shipping costs, unreasonable returns are not supported.
3. Due to the international shipping route, the transportation time is for reference only and cannot be controlled by customs inspection. If you are in urgent need of the goods, we will try our best to produce them quickly.
